Bio

Christine Ozarchuk is the founder and Nutrition Specialist (MSCN) behind The Graceful Nourishment, LLC. 

A native of Akron Ohio and now a proud resident of Tampa Florida, Christine brings a rich tapestry of life experience, professional dedication, and personal healing to her integrative nutrition practice.

For most of her life, Christine has been a devoted stay-at-home mother to her three children who are 18, 17, and 14. Prior to motherhood, she worked in the healthcare field as a surgical assistant and medical assistant, gaining firsthand experience with the clinical side of medicine. Her interest in the mind-body connection led her to earn a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in Christian Counseling, where she deepened her understanding of the emotional and spiritual aspects of well-being.

Christine’s passion for holistic health was born out of personal necessity. After facing persistent health challenges related to lupus that conventional medicine could not resolve, she turned to functional nutrition and holistic therapies. The transformation she experienced ignited a calling—leading her back to school to earn her Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University of Health Sciences.  Christine is now completing her hours for the CNS credential and Florida licensure under The Nutritional and Herbal Collective.

Today, Christine combines science-backed nutritional therapy with her Christian faith and compassionate approach to help others reclaim their health. Her mission through The Graceful Nourishment is to walk alongside clients in mind, body, and spirit—empowering them with the tools, knowledge, and grace to experience lasting healing.

Outside of her work, Christine cherishes time with her husband, her children, and their family dog. She remains deeply rooted in her faith and community, using her story to inspire others to pursue wellness with purpose and perseverance.
